Mindful Moments was a hit!!

Our daughters school (Tk to 8th) hosted an art show / mental health fair. We put together resources, tools and activities to man our mental health booth. We used a handful of mindful Moments cards and and several Affirmation cards. Kids & adults LOVED them!
